General Table Saw

General Table Saw 350

When I first shopped for a table saw I compared brands General, Delta Unisaw and Powermatic 66.  Hands down, the General was the superior machine in every way.

The General Table Saw 350 is hard to find.  Although it is made in Canada, the brand redesigned a Chinese knock-off version and now sell it at Sears, etc.  If I needed to purchase another table saw, I would probably purchase directly from General again.  I purchased mine in 1995 and I know it will last me the rest of my life.
